The Tea Garden is looking for three full-time Managers for the Mall of America store, the Grand Ave. store, and the Uptown Minneapolis store.  We are looking for individuals who are career-oriented and are committed to at least 2 years in this position.  A Tea Garden Store Manager is responsible for a store’s daily operations, sales, training, human resources, and customer relations.

 

This position requires the ability to multi-task, take initiative, and be self-motivated. It also requires strong communication, customer service, leadership, computer, and organizational skills.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

2-4 yr. College Degree

6+ months as a Tea Garden barista, or 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant/café

 

Compensation & Hours:

Full time salaried position, compensation depends on experience

2 weeks paid vacation per year

Medical & Dental Insurance

Cell phone and mileage reimbursement
